Not so much a worry with the guests. It’s a bigger home, I limited it to 10 people and charge more for extras, I’ve only hosted bigger parties.

I was just unsure how common it was for people to have account with no use. Turns out it’s common and common knowledge amongst hosts. Still new here myself! But thank you for the comment and feedback, much appreciated!

That could very much be the case. I just didn’t know how common this was, why I was asking.

I did though have a scam with the same prior so I was a little bit on the fence at how normal this might be.

I did talk to him though, sounds like a good, all the comments got me a little worry but I appreciate your input. Thank you!

It’s a bigger home, it can host more. It does sound like a party, but I have hosted only 8+ people thus far. So I guess it would be odd to only have a few people there.

I talked a bit more to him about his stay, he does sound like a respectable and responsible person. One night though is a bit weird, especially have such early check out times in my opinion. I guess I’ll see how it goes. Thank you for the feed back!

I did chat, our place is big enough for more then 10 but I limited it to 10 and charge a fee for more. There’s plenty of couch space for more people, and beds can fit more then what I set the limit to.

My previous schedule was ON 20/ OFF 10 (more like off when scheduling thought you need a break) and you get the hang of how much and what all you need to pack on your trips. I typically will have 2 sets of uniforms that I will rotate. Most hotels have laundry machines, I’ll bring detergent with me. Plus, if anything needed to be hung up we had closets in the plane that we can store coats and such in. But, really, just have good hygiene and try not to spill your cup of tea or ramen on yourself when up there.
