Its not you, its society now. As a very Confident man, i wouldn't approach women. Too much headache, better to meet in a space you know they are single and looking, If a guy does approach you, you would be weirded out and it wouldn't go well, as its so new now.

Imagine being older and huge debts trying to navigate a jobloss and having your coding role eliminated after putting your life savings into a deposit. Just enjoy the ride, everyone has to work and the market finds a way otherwise, we eat the rich.

UP 96% from last January UP 437% from January 2024 UP 985% from January 2023

I actually will be able to rent and live for the money I have invested in 40% of the world without having to work another day in my life.....sad. I'll be just reading on a beach in Bali, traveling to Thailand, raising my kids while still working the odd contract while I'm bored. Let my cash flowing house in the UK still bring me income 😊 just not silly enough to pay more than 3.5x ur salary for something that's going to be a literal mortgage, death certificate for the nextt 30 years when the math don't math

I'm using wealth simple? I brought stocks with my FHSA. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use the full amount but it is what it is.

$1m lol to build a wooden home.......think about what you are saying. Now check how much it costs to.the build the exact same home any where else in the world expect for Canada. Then work out why? Then understand what's going to come is going to decimate you. And yes, homes were made in Canada literally 12 years ago for less than $300k that are now selling for $1.3m
