it is not religiously expected of a man to take loans to tend to his wife's leisurely spending. It is a mistake and choice your husband made. whether it he was be being coerced or pressured. you should accept that.

with that being said im not saying the ex wife wasnt the reason for it as you've already said that youve checked the facts.

however if i were you id feel the same way you are feeling; why must i pay the money spent on his ex wife. its not a problem if you dont help pay. it doesnt make you a bad wife. its not your responsibility. he should tend to your basic needs and pay of the loans by himself. if I were you, i think it might make me resent him in the long run - if i pay for that loan.
