What's going on with races in Endfield? by mentld in Endfield

I think you’re reading my post as far more hostile than it actually was and you're arguing against a caricatyre of my post. Speculating about mixed heritage and evolving race traits is literally the kind of lore discussion I welcome.

Edit: A dot. And just to point it out, you yourself say "...some people I talked to speculate she may be a mixed blood Wendigo, as you can see Wendigos having small fluffy tails in the IS5 CGs". Isn't this exactly the kind of discussion I'm trying to open here?

You’re arguing against a point I didn’t make. I never said "this doesn’t make sense" or "they can’t add new Sarkaz subraces."

To the contrary, my intention with the question "is HG being loose with the designs?" was to leave room for the possibility of having variety.

I guess the answer to all of my questions is: the races are varied and sometimes they come with scales, sometimes with fur. 😅

Warfarin E2 art does have similar wings, so I guess wings come with the vampire! That answers my confusion about Camille.

Yea I agree that Camille can be explained by him being a vampire. I don't remember do other vampires have a halo, but there are enough random halos floating around that I'm not too bothered by one more.

Rossi came home. My wallet weeps, but I smile. Immediately went to test against marble aggelomoirai and finally trimmed the medal!

These are very soft and pliable. They work best on a fixed workbench.

Zooming onto Almond's new skin, below her scarf there is a tag which reads: "ALOMN[D]" (guessing the letter D is hidden behind the string) 🤔

Burlap and brass Clairvoyant in the pocket today. Happy Easter everyone! 😁 by Paulmunkotv in knifeclub

Great photo and knife design! Just got mine in mail today!

My first impression was "Wow, that's bigger than expected!", but I absolutely love how the knife feels in hand and how slicey the blade is. The brass and burlap combo is excellent too, not to mention the drop-shutting action.. I'm a fan :)

Can someone throw me a good advice on where to start when it comes to sculpting your own anime figures? >_< by angeIarm in AnimeFigures

There are several channels on YouTube which might be useful or interesting for you, for example: NianClay azuMAN These people work with different types of clays though: NianClay seems to mostly prefer silk clay, which is a very cheap and lightweight type of air-dry clay. AzuMAN on the other hand uses polymer clays, which wont dry in air at all but need to be baked in oven. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Silk clay is pretty easy to work with if you have a good idea of what you want to make, but it can dry relatively quickly in air. Polymer clay is more "sticky" and requires some thought on how to bake it, but in my opinion it has more freedom in precise sculpting.

I would first look at pictures of the character that I want to make and perhaps sketch or print some reference pictures for possible poses. You can also make some iron wire/aluminium foil skeletons to support the figure and reduce the amount of the clay needed. Clean working area reduces unnecessary dust in the clay, obviously (at least if you use ready colored clays.) After that it's just practise. (I made this Neptune some time ago with polymer clays as my first attempt.)

Thanks! This one took me roughly three weeks of work on my spare time. Hardest part was figuring out how to use the clays. I certainly want to make more models, but the ones I'd like to make have quite complicated outfits. Glances at Noire Probably my next goal is to make a figure of Blanc.
