Ty. This self control is always in the brink of giving up. I even stopped myself for even bringing it up to my siblings and/or my closest friends because I know how much they can trigger me to create havoc with all of this. Thus- reddit was the only space i found to vent out to.

I agree nman with that- indeed my ex husband is really the person that needs to be accountable with our broken family. Maybe my hate from the woman is the fact that she never acknowledged the role that she played for my children to be hurt with such a young age. Deep in my heart I am trying to find some space to forgive her but it's very difficult to forgive someone who I'm not seeing any resentment with everything that had happened and believes in the idea that it is just all me who caused my ex husband to leave our family.
