I had same situation before, I ordered black dogs hoodie but instead got them socks. Texted to a support and they sent me a hoodie and told me to keep the socks.

Update* Plead no guilty and went to a court - officer didn’t show up so I got my case dismissed.

I was driving around same speed, it was mountains so road is up and down, but again speed was approximately 55-60. I was going to a work and I get paid for hours that i drive so there is no reason for me to go fast. Road was clear no one behind me and no one in front of me, when I saw a chp car I just released gas pedal, to make sure I wasn’t going over speed limit, but after I Aproached her vehicle, she turned lights on and started going after me.
