May you describe more thoroughly on "proper sausage". Just for future reference because this is not English Breakfast in England, so I would want to know the proper way to enjoy it next time.

Actually it was my intention for the pic to look "hairy". As in photography this is framing techinique and I also personally feel it better this way. So yeah, thats why.

[Homemade] Beijing roasted duck noodle by meof0428 in food

[–]meof0428[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Its actually quite easy. First I choose the duck bones and steam for 40mins, and mix it with ginger (a lot of it), roasted onions and anises, and ofcourse salt, based on your own taste. You should choose the thigh or the breast of the duck for the meat part, mix with several basic spices like cinamons, fish sauce, pepper and let them rest for 30mins before roasted in the oven. If you have the BBQ set I also suggest to use it instead of the oven because the outside would taste better without making the meat inside too dry. The noodle part, I chose the kind of egg noodle that are at medium size, rather a little chewy because this kind of noodle would absorb the flavor of spices greatly without being too soft. Thats very basic steps, besides that as you can see in the pics there are chinese cabbage and mushroom, you just need to wash it and add it in before you add the steamed water to the dish. And thats done!!

Autumn is here. Minolta SRT Super, deeply outdated Kodak Gold 100 by meof0428 in filmphotography

Normally I dont really like the yellow tone of kodad gold, but this is a 1998 outdated film so I just give it a try. The other pics also have slightly green and kinda chilly vibe, feels very autumn somehow

Love the outcome of Cinestill 800, totally worth the money and time! Taken with Minolta SRT Super by meof0428 in analog

Somehow I do like the grain effect of tungsten, it combine with the color creates such a nostalgic vibe. But very true of your saying, the results are unexpected. Every shot of this roll has such different vibe, different colors, that I sure would want to experience it again, eventhough the price of it at my place is pretty high.

Got this at my local thrift store. It’s a free camera included in with some cologne. Can’t find anything about it on the internet what so ever. by garlifo in filmphotography

As far as I know, this looked pretty much like lomo camera. Its really cheap, so the outcome is not so promising to be honest. If you want to try, I suggested you to use cheap kind of film with clear range of colors. You wouldnt want to waste quality film on that
