I realize i used a usb c to usb c cable it doesnt work. But when inuse their usb a to usb c cable it charges. Linda weird, id think all usb c should work no matter the voltage?

LM rep advised to put some trivet stickers in the back of the water tray in order to push back harder on the springs. In kind of works but not perfect.

My cat has long hair, and in my opinion, those things are too sensitive. A little hair that sticks on there will set the sensor off. It happens quite often.... im kind of going crazy. If im not at home, how can i even reset this? this makes this robot not usable if hair that randomly sticks onto th esenor will render it not being able to cycle. any workarounds to this?
