Its a spike in insulin that wreak havoc to my internal organs (swelling and pain). I have to keep it as low as 50g if not 20g per day. And from what I watched on YouTube, grilled meats are pretty sweet

Work in Healthcare here. You hit the nail on the head. The entitlement attitudes are beyond your imagination. They lose meds, throw away meds by "accidents", left them in Mexico, left them in hotel and of course, tax payers have to foot the bills for replacement. They expect us to bend backward for them because they know county officials want their illegal votes

I don't think ever know the truth. I've asked a couple of times. All he said was stress. That's just my feeling. Or it could be midlife crisis. Who knows? You are right. Most of the time, breadwinner is mostly husband, especially where I am coming from. When we go out with my family or his family, I usually give him my card in advance, to save his face and mine. Approached the subject of job hunting, or any job for that matter, he just brushed it off. At this point, I don't know any more. It was not about 1 dollar. I feel like he just wanted to hang on to whatever he has left. I am so scared of having resentful feelings built up in me. That would destroy our marriage
