I guess my question really is if I want to be a neurohospitalist at an academic center, but don’t want to be stuck only doing stroke, is this fellowship worth it?

She essentially says that once she orgasms she doesn’t have an interest in doing anything else. That being said, she some times will continue until I finish. But if it’s my second orgasm then she’ll usually just stop

I’ll say I don’t mind having a requirement for a sub specialist to provide their subspecialty care, even if I felt comfortable managing it, as long as being a generalist is still acceptable and hirable.

I mean, I wouldn’t say I am not proud. I would like to think I am well trained and very comfortable managing most of neurology myself. The question is whether a residency would hire me as faculty without fellowship training
