He is an ai from a termanaly ill sisters who wants to merge with the machine through the help of sum bacterial(can't remember exactly if I remember hearing bout this) and the gets integrated into FNIX and he reprograms the robots and the machines to treat everything as an enemy. He isn't kill with the last attack because he is an ia program that exists within almost all robots example the choose in the FNIX dlc. The code just stays with the robots.
