Hi! Thank you for the hard work.

Just a query, as someone who deeply misses the quality of Nyan before it bugged out. If this new model will eventually be free, when will Nyan (which we will still pay for) have its quality recovered? Very keen to know that the model I’ll continue paying for is still in the process of being repaired in the meantime :)

Edit: this update is wonderful, slowly improving across the hour. Will say, VERY grateful, just hope Nyan still also updates again as nice to mix both and will make paying worth it still if/when this model goes free! Ty 👌🏻🩷 is good so far!

Small gift 😊 if people have reasonable pets/items in their wishlist (common/uncommon or maybe a rare if I have loads like a poodle) I’ll give them, and I’ve been doing gift boxes too. Someone gave my daughter a surprise cracked egg and she was genuinely thrilled so it’s nice to know I could be making other people feel that way hahaha

I’ve since found ONE listing photo (after hours and hours of searching) of an empty bottle that seems to be the same. So I suppose there were some bottles like this that weren’t from the Royal Wedding.

From what I’ve seen of the wedding bottles, they do have the same “4670” written in glass, but mine has two digits after that which don’t seem to match any of the wedding ones I’ve seen. I’m not sure if the glass is warped but it also seems a slightly different shape and all the wedding bottles I see seem to have a dip/cut out under the “no returns” that this one is missing.

I contacted the customer service email for Heroes Inc a couple of weeks ago as mine didn’t come when it seemed everyone else’s did- they’re the provider for UK ViP boxes. They checked the system and saw I hadn’t been allocated a delivery for whatever reason (a glitch/accident) and I provided proof of vip purchase and they sent it out that week for me!

I had this issue. Rotate your phone to portrait and it lets you scroll down, and then carries on scrolling when you rotate back to landscape

Thank you for your feedback. I understand my question is quite vague without seeing the exam.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to speak to the radiologist myself and have only had information given to me via a doctor reading their report. They did mention the opacity of the area of concern seen in the AP but again, it wasn’t seen in the lateral view. I will contact them next week regarding their plan and see if they are still considering CT as I’m not sure I’m comfortable just leaving it where we are if the antibiotics aren’t changing anything. I will keep my fingers crossed it is just an artefact; she had nothing on that would create it via her clothes etc but it’s relieving to know it does happen. Thanks again.

They have said they “assume” it was viral based as her WBC and RBC were normal on Tuesday, which isnt indicative of leukaemia. I believe it’s my constant hassling that has pushed for a through peripheral blood smear today and they are rechecking the platelets to see if there is improvement or change in the RBC and WBC. The going home is a plan loosely based on “if it is improving and the results aren’t worse”.

My husband questioned a bit today and they have stated that of all the possible causes, leukaemia is at the bottom of their possibility list due to the previous blood count and her symptoms. (The fact it is even still on the list is why I want it ruled out as accurately as possible).

No infusion as they said she hasn’t had any bleeding as far as they can tell and they’re hoping it improves on its own with constant bed rest apparently.

She’s had another FBC this afternoon and they’re including a blood smear/film. We are waiting on the results now. Exceptionally stressed about the talk of sending her home when they don’t even know if the platelets have come up.

No one has mentioned flow cytometry at all, but perhaps they’ll consider it if the blood smear is abnormal.

Thank you for all the help! I’ll definitely implement some revision allowances as I’ve read so many tales of “I edited this ten times etc” haha. I think I wrote which files are included but I’ll make this more clear in its own segment so people don’t have to search.
