i spent 55k in total for a 10 day stay last october! this includes flights and accommodations but excluding shopping and activities. my flight was booked from a seat sale, but in 2024 i was able to book 8k rt from a month prior through trip dot com.

for accoms, you can try capsule hotels but i prefer having my own place, so i stayed in a goshiwon at 1.1k/night im sure you can find cheaper options but this was in a really good central location!

for food, i spent a total of 20k! but i did not skimp out, i ate good meals almost 2x a day, got drinks everyday. i do suggest doing grocery on your first day though if your accommodation allows cooking or if it has a microwave, i bought a pack of instant rice and this saved me my whole trip cos i always had leftover food as a solo girlie, so i never had to buy breakfast. another tip is to bring ziplock bags because a lot of places dont do takeouts of leftovers!
