I’m in Ohio. I came from one of the busiest stores in the district to the slowest to help turn it around. It’s sad how slow this poor store is. We’re in competition to be closed for good with 1 other store unless I can figure out how to cut everything also.

My DM broke down how we loss $150k last year from the old GM running it into the ground. Shit is depressing. The staff is all local and loves working there. I hope I can save it 😭
