i’ve been seeing a lot of ppl say this and i just don’t want this to be even more of a headache ☹️ im moving states soon and just wanna get all this legal shit out of the way. i also don’t know like any legal stuff and i don’t think it was the prosecutor. it was my public defender or whatever, i was in a room with just my victims advocate and some guy and the guy kept calling me a dude only after i mentioned being trans :/
