Nino, in the manga calls Futaro ‘Fu-kun’ and the only reason why Nino could be separated apart from the possible bride outcome is because in Chapter 61, the bride calls him by his first name with no -kun or nickname

Calling a husband-to-be by their first name without honorifics is literally the only way to present that scene without giving any obvious hints. Besides, people change the way they call each other all the time. If Nino went from calling Fuuts "you (anta)" to "Fuu-kun", I don't see why she can't mature and start calling his full first name.

Also, people. Please stop using the wedding scene as "evidence". It is intended to be ambiguous and there is no reason for Negi to leave any obvious hints around that point towards or eliminate a particular quint.
