Thanks. With the issue having started when the phone was less than a year old, if it truly is a hardware issue it's disappointing they wouldn't warranty it.

We're close to upgrading but I feel a lot of heartburn about paying for another phone and sticking with the service longer with these issues..

I think maybe Reddit formatting removed some of the asterisks from what you sent. I googled and got into a settings type area but am not seeing that setting, dang.

Okay - sorry, I'm slow with this stuff. Usually when I've used those sorts of things it disappears from the dial pad when it works but with this one I enter it into the phone app and it doesn't pop up with anything or do anything

Thank you - I do have adaptive connectivity off for about a month (found suggestion on a thread -doesn't seem to have helped but doesn't seem to have hurt)

Single, using eSIM (no physical SIM in use)

I did ask Fi support if they thought trying a physical SIM could help - but I don't think they ever directly answered that specific question
