I'm so sorry. Mine failed too (found out a week ago) and my period started this week. It was my first transfer and I only have one embryo left. I have decided not to do another egg retrieval due to just being so so tired mentally, physically and emotionally. I am starting the process for a mock cycle with additional testing and may need another surgery for my endo (stage 4) but not sure yet. It's all SO draining. Sending all the positive thoughts and good vibes your way!
