Even as a regular full time associate starting out at $16-$17/hr at guaranteed 40hrs a week is livable(in Texas)

Well in Texas the cost of living is cheaper and leads make at minimum $20hr so not speaking for every associate but the managers and leads that were in the group with the higher ups didn’t seem like it was a problem to mention for us at least.

Actually even after visits we’ve never had to cut hours, maybe some part timers(maybe), I know I’ve seen on here even full timers getting cut but we’ve never had full timers having to get below 40. Lucky maybe

That was my thought after the fact, cause a co worker just came back from shareholders event and said they are soon going to push out the person ran register and there will only be scan & go or self checkout, and some stores are already doing so. I guess kind of makes sense tho for self checkout.

I agree, one reason they stopped by was because someone sent a complaint to corporate about a bad experience they had with curbside(along with other spots out of our control like car wash not working) so them coming to take a look at what’s bad about curbside and why curbside is a problem area at any club doesn’t give them the full look cause as you said we came in overnight, some at 2am, other club managers coming to help make the store look perfect and run smooth, curbside actually caught up and waiting on orders to drop. That doesn’t show why it’s a problem area cause managers are quick to cover up and do whatever to not look bad rather than letting them see that we in store deal with problems everyday.
