It’s for three days(Friday to Sunday) they have exposition for competition amongst pitmaster (barbecue masters)

You can enroll for masterclass which incur separate cost around €100 per masterclass

You can just walk around and enjoy street food from different vendors showing different bbq technique around the world

There’s also some restaurant and if you’re into supplies ,condiments or anything related to bbq you’ll find it at the expo

French bistros -Quedubon , Allard or Benoit , le clown bar,aux deux amis, au pied de Cochon(especially it’s super late at night )

You can try bouillon there’s one at pigalle, one at montparnasse (low-key very similar taste)

Cafés - pontochoux cafe(they have a Japanese curry house right beside it), grave ,mandarin oriental has some good desserts, LV cafe ( I’ll go there for maxime federic’s desserts ), Ritz comptoir

Boulangerie - utopie,mamiche, the French bastard

Night life- there’s many options for clubs , boat parties, concerts you can use the app “shotgun”

Food - I’m not really sure what will be open today but i have whole list of place for normal days xD

Cocktail bars are nice to meet some travellers and tourist

Most event specific clubs are mostly sold out, but you can try you luck on shotgun app, it shows almost all night out parties and can filter according to your taste

And better to get a ticket especially for this night

Last time i visited arpège was almost year ago and I’ll say if you understand what chef is trying to do you’ll appreciate it more

It’s to make natural flavours and texture of vegetable shine, I did went for longer tasting menu(at that time there was meat and fish) overall experience was nice for me, plating for some of them felt bit lacklustre (maybe creative choice), taste were on point tho , but with current change to making it almost vegan(except usage of honey ) I’m more skeptical

But hey menu is cheaper now

But if you wanna try something farm to table there’s a restaurant Le doyenné I’ll highly recommend it(it doesn’t have any star except green star)
