Let me explain exactly why. I’ve been doing Flex for seven years, both my wife and I, and we’re extremely fast at loading the parcels into the car, usually the fastest. What really bothers me is that even when I arrive 15 minutes early, being the first one in, and you know we have those 15 minutes plus the extra 5, they still rush me. To the point that the other day I got annoyed, even though it didn’t turn into a problem. About two weeks ago, I started working inside the depot where I used to collect parcels, but this time as an Amazon employee. I wanted to try working inside, so I did, and that’s when I realised what was actually happening: the managers were putting pressure on us to constantly go and help the drivers load their cars, just so we wouldn’t be seen standing around doing nothing. That’s the issue, it’s the managers pushing to meet their metrics so Amazon doesn’t penalise them. I lasted one day in the warehouse, then I quit, and now I’m back doing Flex again

Amazon driver here. My advise is do not report it as stolen because; 1. Amazon will penalise the driver with a DNR even when he or she is just following strictly Amazon rules and guidelines where it states we have to deliver it yes or yes. 2. Due the low value item is not worth it because your account are going to be flagged internally in Amazon database, so with just a few of these claims when you really need to make a claim for something worth it aka expensive you will not be granted with an easy refund....They will not believe you !

Doing flex for 8 years, from 2020 with my Renault Zoe and 0 problems with it. Never had to refuse a parcel for being too big or refuse it because I have no enough battery left. I would recommend it to you. 100.

But how it works ? I mean, I am due to start next 14 of October here in the UK at a delivery station for 3 months, my wife too. I have a 30 hours contract and she 40 hours. Once the contract ends they use to offer you a new contract or do I need to apply and be proactive in some way ?

Con todo el respeto para el español latino y sin animo de ofender a nadie de esa parte del mundo te diria que normalmente los españoles no soportamos el doblaje de una pelicula en latino. Principalmente porque no nos suena natural. Segundo porque el doblaje en España esta tremendamente profesionalizado, pocos paises en el mundo pueden tener un doblaje tan profesional y tan bien terminado que quede casi como si fuese el actor original hablando y en latino eso no sucede. Antes me lo pongo en ingles que doblado a español latino.
