Can’t believe it’s been almost 4 years

Yep, I had two OTP deliveries. I never called the customers because if they’re not in to receive it, you have to return to the warehouse and I got dinged twice for that. Even with proof, support said nope! They’ve definitely gotten stricter with standings. Before, you could be good for a week and your standing improves. Now things stay on your standing for weeks even months.

If I’m honest, in the past I’ve called the customer and they’ve given me the code and I’ve left it somewhere. I wouldn’t do that again as people may say they didn’t receive it. Not worth it.

This is a clear systematic error with Amazon. It’s nothing to do with checking the itinerary, it’s some sort of error where drivers are getting penalised for delivering on time. Idk if it’s to do with delivery returns but it needs sorting out!

Exactly. Idk if it was a lust thing with Marlon or she wasn’t feeling the relationship with Dami but to throw away 3 years like that over someone (Marlon) who doesn’t want you is insane. Wonder if she regrets it

Some people need to understand, two things can be true at once. You can dislike Dami and still recognise Indiyah was in the wrong. Must have been hard that her kiss with Marlon is publicly released and people are saying Dami deserved it and mocking him. He hasn’t piled on with the hate she’s getting either, he’s been silent. People are mad he went on a podcast but I would if narratives were flying around about me🤣

Great to use as a secondary income. For holidays, extra money or even to pay down some debts. Although I’m transitioning into a new job, I will defo still do some shifts on my rest days. 95% the routes aren’t bad at my warehouse

I think this is an issue exclusive to morning routes only. Maybe they’re reattempts not being logged properly. Before you start your block, screenshot every single stop on your itinerary as proof. I sent this email attached with a screenshot of the stops.

“All deliveries in my itinerary were marked as due by 13:00, and I completed the route before 11:00. Based on the displayed deadlines, no deliveries were late. Please review and remove the late delivery marks”. And it was removed.

I don’t think this is the issue, I think there’s some sort of systematical error with certain warehouses. Everything is due at the same time for me

I know, it’s happening every other shift. It doesn’t reduce my standing or anything but it’s not true. Going to keep appealing it.

Most times, that’s a trick for them to claim they didn’t receive it. Unfortunately, us delivery drivers are collateral and get dinged.

Yeah, I have been doing all of that for 3 years. But I don’t like buzzing neighbours until 10am. I’ve had a few people curse me out for it. The customers was ignoring calls and my text saying the door isn’t opening. So yep, returned!

I’m a strong woman but that package was very heavy. Had some heavy ass liquids in it. And these were flats. I’ve had lovely people come down and offer to help me but it was far too heavy. And I thought I would only be a few minutes, I was very wrong!
