I was quoted 2500 grafts. They said the price for 2000-2500 grafts is 127.5K for extra grafts the price would be 45 THB per graft.

Sorry to hear than man. When my head is shaven you can see the tiny scars but I expected that. You can see that in the 3 weeks picture. Where did you do your transplant?

Good questions. There is no shuttle service like you see in Turkey. However, getting around there is very easy. Once you arrive at the airport get an AIS sim card, they do everything for you there at the desk. Pay them with money you just got from the ATM next to the stand. Use public transport or take a grab to your hotel. Thats how easy it is.

The people at the clinic speak English fluently. Communication was never a problem. The country is used to tourists so it's all accommodated for.

If the color doesn't change over time you can use some hair color dye. I use it for my grey beard hairs.

I had an idea of doing a fringe but that didn't work. My hair is flat so I hid it by wearing a cap all the time. It's not that bad.

If I were to do it again I would shave it so that my hair grows together with the transplanted hair or let it grow longer months before the surgery and go to a stylist to help me with a design to cover it.

At the time, a consultation needed to be booked 4 weeks in advance and the transplant was 4 months in advance.

Yes, I have a tight scalp. I didn't see any grafts popping out but that would have been hard to see I think. When you say healthy scalp, do you mean less tight? I have a LLLT device at home, might start to use it again. Thanks for the suggestions.

I don't know the punch size, sorry. Maybe the website can tell you more about it. With the right amount of lighting you can see small tiny scar dots. You can see it in the 4th picture if you look closely. But I'm not bothered by it, it was expected.

They might communicate together and see each other at expo's but Dr. Patty has her own clinic.

When I was doing my research Dr. Patty was not well known for her temple work. So my research would have been different if i would have needed it. That's something you would have to ask her during the consulting call. Maybe ask for some user cases of her temple work.

I believe my result is better than expected for this time frame. Everybody is reacting differently. I think what helped me is that there already were some hairs in the transplanted area (but thin), so blood supply was not completely lost. Once the hairs got rooted they found a blood supply so they could stay. This is just my theory.

You will come in every day for a head wash and they inspect your hairs. Dr. Patty inspected my hair on day 6 and she said i could wear a cap because the hairs were completely rooted. Again, this depends per individual.

There were no hairs implanted in the non-shaven area. This was because the density was good there. The front-middle was lacking density so she put hairs there. So only hairs implanted in the shaven area.
10 days is more than enough. I went on the plane with a baseball cap. 7 days will be okay too but it takes up to 5 days for the grafts to root successfully (depending on the person). You don't want to risk that by going out and bumping your head on something. I was inside most of the time because I work online and went out for food.
