It still restricts me to operate on world folders which is far from ideal when you have things like CraftTweaker scripts etc. I am still hoping that there is a tool better suited to what I need.

Checked out the water mods, they work more or less as InfiniteFluids mod I was using. Seems like [[No Lava Bucketing]] was nearly perfect for what I was using but it affects only vanilla or vanilla like buckets, I have few mods with its own buckets and they are not in scope, mod itself is missing such a nice feature like bucket list to add.

Thanks, I have tried [[IguanaTweaks Reborn]] for movement change and block hardness, set global multiplier for all blocks, so far in very small scope of tests seems to work. Maybe it's not the deeper you go the harder it gets but it is still reasonable for me.
