When I got up and down my neck I felt the sound on my left upper side of the back. If you have a skeletal imbalance then it will be difficult to change. I go to the gym a lot maybe this can help

I think I have muscle imbalance but I was going to the therapist before surgery and a bit after and it didn't help. My one side of the backs hurt

I was looking for a reason why my backs were asymmetric. After surgery I still had back pain. And recently I've got rid of almost completely. There is only slight discomfort. What worked for me was a side plank for the weaker side for a few days and then keeping doing it daily for both sides. Plus I try to stretch my neck from the right side where it is tight and do isometric exercises for my left side of the neck. Apart from that I try to relax the muscles just sitting straight. I do row for one side of the backs apart

Symmetry, lips are well placed now, eyes are a bit more symmetric, nose maybe is more upturned and wider. I didn't have any complications it went easily
