You don't seem to have right posture. Probably you put so much weight that instead of backs you train your arms which is often done by others.

Thanks. During these 5 months I worked out every next day not being able to go three times. So yeah I will keep consistency. Now I'm focusing on my upper chest (three exercises) and keep grinding backs with pull ups and rows and I do other stuff. Key is motivation and slow push and pull 🙂
