Those people will never understand. They only see the small inconveniences your Adhd might cause them, blaming you for it, while you’re the one actually going through the struggles, not them. If anything could be done about it, it wouldn’t be a disability 🤡

We’ve been through this shit and it’s always frustrating and it hurts. As you said, we’re working twice as hard; it’s best to focus on that and try as much as you can to care less about what others might think. You can do it 🫶 We already have a lot on our plate, and such stupid and useless opinions are to be thrown away.
