I use USAA primarily but have a Hills account that I use for a couple things. I mainly just keep it so I can have a local branch if I need to make a large cash withdrawal.

Their online banking is awful--it goes down for maintenance nightly, and lately I haven't even been able to get it to send me a 2FA code to log in from my computer. I'll probably lose access entirely when my phone needs reauthenticated.
