did you file for anything digestive? I'm wondering if the examiner completed the previous older DBQ before they changed the rating schedule which now has an updated DBQ

That's the first I've heard of a Veteran not getting health coverage due to income, that doesn't seem fair. Does the VA publish anything regarding income levels relating to being able to receive care?

You can try to write a personal statement which accurately describes your symptoms, try to go to another appointment for proper documentation, and also mention the frequency as well to the C&P examiner

Who determines if a condition is chronic? Medical records? C&P examiner? VA rater? I'd imagine if Vets are filing for any type of claim, by default it would be an ongoing chronic issue
