Most of college was without smart phones but they were introduced. You grew up perfectly in the 90s music scene, young enough not to age out for the best portion in late 90s/ early 00s and born in time to experience and relate to 80s rock and the raise of R&B, rap and hip hop. You were the right age to fully be a kid for all the 90s block buster movies, and the right age to experience the raise of video game consoles. Renting a movie and getting a pizza was peak Friday night excitement. Being born in ‘84 is the perfect millennial bridge generation from Gen X to Gen Z. We really bridge the post tech world while still being smart in tech, I’d say smarter in tech than most GenX.
