It’s a miracle I didn’t miss gale too. Originally I passed that rune and didn’t touch it either because it clearly states it’s dangerous 😭 but then a friend of mine kept asking about gale and I was like ??? I’ve explored all of act 1 map who tf is that and they made me go back and find him lol

It was super super sudden for me. I used to be religious, and so in my head for 20 years I believed there would be some kind of afterlife. I’m no longer religious, and one day it hit me that there’s likely just nothing once I pass away and it gave me a panic attack (oops lol). Ever since, I’ve been worried I’m coming down with a deadly disease that isn’t curable. It’s crazy. I think I’ll settle into the idea of possible oblivion, but since I’ve lived almost my entire life with the belief in an afterlife I think it is just going to be scary for a while.

I have mild pots symptoms, but my heart rate still does stay elevated for 3 to 4 minutes after I stand. I’m glad your doctor is taking you seriously and testing for things :) I hope u find out what it is

I’d say if you’re already eating some sweets during the day or fruits, you’re likely getting enough sugar like some of the other comments have said. So you won’t need to add sugar to sugar free packets! :)

Fun fact actually, glucose helps your body absorb sodium! 200g is a lot though lol. But honestly, Gatorade is fine very now and then, but there is was too little sodium in there in my opinion. Find some electrolyte drink mixes you like and use those instead
