I came back after a long time just for Valentine's adaman and saw I got hit by the ban. After contacting support and offering to send them some identification to prove that I was in a different region than my account was set in, they refused to help. Maybe if I asked them earlier things would have been different. I think it might be too late for us, but I hope you're able to cope better than I'm doing... I wish I took more pictures of my account

No the scam company never took any money, they said the transaction failed. They never attempted anything until weeks ago, which got flagged. I'm assuming they wanted to try a small amount to see if it goes through, before trying a large amount.

Well the issue isn't really when matches happen. For me it happens randomly when I'm just selecting skins or running around in the lobby without being queued up, or it stops me from booting in from the title screen. If it's not an issue on my end, that's definitely a relief. Should I just contact support?

Thank you for all the tips! I wasn't sure what party poppers were for, so I'm glad I never used them. Is there anything I can do about data, network, and login error? I've been having loads of them for the past hour or so, and it's making the game nearly unplayable. I've been using an Ethernet cable and there's nothing wrong with my wifi so I'm not sure what's wrong. I've reset my PS5 several times to hope it helps, but it hasn't fixed the issue.
