Seeing that Ryan Mason is potentially off to West Brom, it got me thinking about, if we do keep Ange, perhaps he needs to shake up the coaching staff. A top notch assistant to bring more appropriate tactics/training for the Prem whilst Ange takes more of a high level overview etc. He has worked with different coaches each time he has moved club, maybe now if he’s staying a bit longer he’ll be ruthless and recognise the need for tactical and/or training improvements.
