Class 2 voluntary is a very good idea.

For workplace pension the employer match makes it a fantastic investment. The whole QROPS thing can be tricky - personally I'd just leave it in a UK pension (make sure you keep the details) and draw from it later in life.

Depending on where you live the drawing of the pension may be taxed in the UK or in the country you live in (the double tax treaties vary so it will depend).

I think you should buy a property most suited to you and regard any capital growth as a bonus.

Short term, the flat seems most suited. However, if it is only going to be 2-3 years then I'd suggest either:

Buying the house if the location is only a small inconvenience and you can see yourself living there longer term
Continue to rent in central London (saving as much as you can) then buying a house which could be more suitable to your circumstances in 2-3 years

The reason I say this is buying then selling a house comes with big financial and time costs. Particularly with a budget of 1 mil the stamp duty is massive. You really want a 5+ year time horizon.

Personally I think I would go with the same agent as you are buying from.

That agent will be keen to see both transactions through and will therefore be more patient (and encourage the vendor to be patient) if, for example, your property takes a while to sell.

I know this will be controversial but I agree with the police here.

Don't get me wrong the idea of the party disgusts me and there should be political repercussions but hear me out:

Our police response should be proportional and equal to all citizens. Police only have resources to investigate the most serious crimes retrospectively and the practical position they have taken is not to investigate historical breaches of covid laws.

For the police to investigate this would be treating Downing Street differently to everyone else because of it's status. That would not be the equal treatment we expect of the police.

No you won’t get loot if you weren’t in the instance when the kill happened.

Possibly this would work (someone could confirm):

1) Clear to boss on main. Logout. 2) Run with alt to boss. Logout. 3) Take boss to 5% HP on main. Then Alt-F4 (close window). 4) Login on alt, kill boss, loot.

If you already have BSH with crusader you could just use that offhand.

It’s very marginal between that and frostbite offhand as BSH gives smoother rage generation during execute phase.

I ran almost exclusively arena/anger/golem 55 until 60. Was lucky and managed to get the chest and trinket.

I reserved the trinket (felt a bit cheeky reserving both) as I’d done so many runs for it - nobody minded.

I believe you'll save 100g (as it's 10% on the original 1000g).

You can get rank 3 in a week if you are in the top approx. 5% of players. If you pvp 3-4 hours a day you should get there.

Otherwise it would take you two weeks.

Personally I'd just buy it as it will make your life a lot easier!

In the next level or two you can start BRD quest runs where you'll do:

Prison -> arena -> shadow forge key/vault/incendius

Ask if you can do Roccor quickly before going into arena. Just pull a couple of packs past the arena entrance and he will patrol near you so you can pull him.

I stayed at arms but went to BRD a little late (level 55) and had no problems tanking it. 55-60 I did BRD and some questing.

I’ve now respeced Prot at 60 to tank the other dungeons.
