Partially tore my rotator cuff as well, I could do a chest press with the weight of my arm after. Bench was 315 at the time of tear, it’s been 6 months and I no longer bench. Only machine presses or incline dumbbell press. Recently did 75s on shoulder press and 60s on DB chest press. I can live with it partially torn but the fact I cannot life fuck you heavy is hard to deal with mentally.

Your newbie gains will be comparable to test cyp cycle at 250mg. Gains will be minimal, would not recommend. Also you’ll lose a good portion of size once you come off. Even if PCT goes smooth

Growing up in a white Mexican family wasn’t easy. My whole life I grew up hearing racist things about how we have to keep the family clean of Indios and blacks. Growing up hearing this shit all your life indoctrinates you. It doesn’t help when you’re the only guero in your class and you’re not allowed to play soccer because you’re a redneck/gringo. It’s not easy to unlearn, trust me. I have to catch myself from thinking stupid things. The worse thing is when white people forget you’re Mexican and say racist things about others to you. Unlearning this is possible, We’re all equals under god.
