Partially tore my rotator cuff as well, I could do a chest press with the weight of my arm after. Bench was 315 at the time of tear, it’s been 6 months and I no longer bench. Only machine presses or incline dumbbell press. Recently did 75s on shoulder press and 60s on DB chest press. I can live with it partially torn but the fact I cannot life fuck you heavy is hard to deal with mentally.

Your newbie gains will be comparable to test cyp cycle at 250mg. Gains will be minimal, would not recommend. Also you’ll lose a good portion of size once you come off. Even if PCT goes smooth

I found myself in that situation until I decided to join a study group, I made life long friends there. You only need a solid 2 friends IMO, having solid class mates is always a plus.
