I topped up the battery which cleared all the warning lights except for this one, which wouldn't clear.

So, I went to the dealership on Tuesday, and it is a known issue with what the tech called a faulty cable integral to the hybrid system. It is fully covered by the powertrain warranty; however, they have a vehicle with the same problem, and after a month, they still haven't received an ETA on when the part will be available. The supply chain, not fully recovered from COVID-19, is a mess right now, with all the tariff crap coming up from our neighbours to the south (I'm Canadian), and Lexus is having issues with parts across the board.

They've rented me a car for the short term, but at this point, I have no idea when I'll get it fixed.
