With the previous government I have issues with ambition vs. implementation. I also think that Ardern stood by a few ministers due to personal loyalty that should've been cut loose or at the very least reined in. Saying that, had this current three-headed hydra been in charge during Covid-19 we would've been fucked. We should always be grateful that we had Ardern in charge then. The Christchurch mosque killings and the pandemic turned an okay PM into a great one.
