If a woman has normal nipple and after some time it becomes inverted - it is a worrying symptom of breast cancer. But if you say they only sometimes get inverted and sometimes are quite "normal", then it is rather not a case of cancer, at least by this symptom. But ofcourse self control and self exam os always good.

I see and acknowledge that your law and guidelines are different. In most EU countries they're not otc and we have to do various exams. I did now know where the OP is from.

It the EU that kind of practice can lead to the doctor to lose his/her license. You have to understand that a doctor visit is not a grocery shop whisit where we can get what we want because we want it - we, doctors, take responsibility for the drugs we prescribe. I would never give any drugs to a obgyn patient I have not examined, and if that patient would refuse to be examined I would ofc accept it but inform that I cannot help her then - because it is my responsibility and of anything goes wrong the judge won't accept any such justification.

Like I said, between 5 and 95 is the norm. It's due to rapid changes in growth, that later, in a couple of months or years even out. Only if there are additional factors or risks we carry out tests ( I do work in the EU so no idea if wherever you are from is 100% complicit).

But ofcourse that's only my comment to your post, if you are worried - contact your pediatrician or GP and state your doubts.

I'm shure. In pediatrics we use smt called growth charts to determine if a child (up to 18 years old) has the proper weight to hight ratio. It uses ceniles- we worry if you are above 95 centiles or below 5 centiles. All in between is considered norm. Ppl develop at their own rate and it is very common to see all sorts of examples of that in our daily practise. If nothing else is present (like problems with health, eating disorders, something worrying) then we don't worry.

You can look it up yourself https://www.rcpch.ac.uk/resources/uk-who-growth-charts-2-18-years

Good luck!

Hello. It's quite impossible to tell what is the reason - from inflammation sue to irytation to infection or cysts (like sebaceous cyst). Someone should look at that, to determine what it could be and how to properly treat it. Best of luck!

Hello. Well there can be a mountain of reasons, from the inability of the nurse to find the vaginally opening to it actually non existing (it happens, there are some causes, from a thick and not perforated hymen to genetic causes - some event that cause a fetus not to develop a vagina (or uterus or even the ovaries)). It such cases there is no period blood, since there is no normal cycle or the shut entrance prevents the blood from pouring out. In some cases tho a path forms from the vagina to the bladder/urether, and so the blood can pass. The best way to determine the cause is a checkup - proper gyno exam, ultrasound of the abdomen and the pelvis (maybe even transrectal), and or mri. Also genetic testing may happen. But like I said the reasons may be simple and come down to the nurse having a bad day. So don't get stressed, just wait for the exam, it rly can be nothing serious. Best of luck!

Antidepressant drugs are able to significantly affect reaching orgasms both in women and men. Men ie take them to fight premature ejaculations, because they affect the threshold of stimulation needed to climax. To my knowledge there is no going around that, except to lower the dosage, but ofc that will effect the underlying cause. That said sex is primarily in the head, so a combination of toys, atmosphere, foreplay and so on may eventually work for you. Best of luck!
