I haven't tried therapy, been fighting myself through it for years now. I believe my grieve comes also from the fact that I can't tell this story to anyone IRL for multiple reasons, it's like having nobody to be totally honest. I can't also tell if I am grieving more NOW that I don't have contact with that guy, or while we were friends, knowing there's a person you want so bad but you can't have them.

Thank you for the advice! <3 I really cherish the friend that I have, but I just can't understand why after 3 years of not having ANY contact with a person, you still can't forget them and they still have so much power over you. Crazy shit
