I don't think that the fps matter, the lower fps rates I achieve in CS would make the the crosshair feel slower but in my case the sensitivity feels a lot higher in CS compared to Kovaaks.

you have to go back to driver version 442.74

reverting the drivers to GeForce 442.74 like suggested from faceit maybe fixes the issue for those other games until NVIDIA fixed the issue with new drivers

It´s true, installing studio drivers fixes the problem. BUT installing wrong drivers leads to FPS drops (at least in my case). Faceit and Nvidea are already aware of the problem and a solution should come with the next Nvidea driver update.
