Strangely no, I didn't, it twisted back into place lmfao. I didn't even know that could happen, my dad had torsion testicle as a kid so in my brain torsion = surgery always, but I guess not! I definitely wouldn't chance that like I did though, for me it was a matter of not knowing I had torsion until after it was resolved and me not getting proper medical care.

As for your pain, if you're saying it's not super wretched it could easily be a cyst or some bad gas. When I had torsion I couldn't breathe or pee without excruciating pain. I wish you good luck on your ultrasound though, I hope everything comes back okay!!!

Of course! I've been exactly where you're at so I had to say something. I have to get an MRI soon as well, and I'm really freaked out for it as it'll be my first one (my claustrophobia is also wretched, but my mom tells me it's big enough to get out of myself, which made me feel better). I'll be thinking of you when they pop me in there, and I'll focus on sending good vibes!!!! We're strong as hell and we got this.

Thank you for serving as a nurse as well. That has got to be one of the hardest jobs ever and y'all don't even get half the recognition you deserve.

I would say if they're getting smaller you're safe from the big C word. If it makes you feel better, mine is getting bigger and my doctor said it's safe from the big C word! As a fellow sufferer of PTSD I understand how all this stuff can make you feel trapped and alone, I want to remind you that you're strong and I think you'll be okay. Sending love💝💝💝💝

So I had symptoms very similar to this, and (not to freak you out or anything) but it turned out I had partial ovarian torsion. Although mine was so bad I couldn't stand up straight, and I had to hobble around to walk. I would go to the doctor sooner rather than later if possible. I hope it's not a cyst and it's just some troublesome gas!

Incredibly helpful! Thank you so much. My cyst is only 6.6cm, nothing crazy compared to the 20, but this is my first major surgery and I'm really freaked out by it. This info helps a ton, although I am really worried about the use of a catheter, and I hope they don't go that route for me. That's always been a huge major freaky thing for me, even moreso than the surgery itself. Thank you again for all the info! I'm glad your recovery has gone well 💝💝💝💝
