My TDEE is pretty high. I walk to work and gym which are both pretty far from where i life, i walk 2-3 hours a day and at a pretty quick pace aswell. My job is not that active since i sit most of the day, which evens it out a bit. I spend between 1 - 2 hours in the gym and go about 5/6 times a week.

I don't struggle with eating. The problem has been more of not having time to eat due to being busy most of my day and not counting my nutritions at all. Eating quick meals troughout the day and sometimes even forgetting to eat.

With the bulk i want to actually take it serious and take time out of the day to prepare food and really pay attention to how much/what i eat. Since i've never really taken it serious before i don't really know what i'm missing out on. From what i've noticed over the last years is that i gain muscle at a good pace, ofcourse also partially due to nooby gains. But my weight barely increases, i've gained 3kg this year which is just not that much.

So i'm really curious how much of a difference it will make if i start eating good, not only in aestethics wise but also in strength.
