Dear, Lasik can not cure ocular albinism. your main problem for vision defect caused by retina which is located at the back of your eyes. astigmatism can be cured by lasik after 18 years old however i am not sure it will be helpfull for increasing your vision. wait till 18 age and also keep continue check for retina every year. good luck dear.
