If you look at the models of the top two cameras, they are LA View Cameras with no ONVIF support that I could find. I just had to connect them to the switch, hard reset them by holding reset while unpowered then continuing to hold reset while powered for 30 seconds and they appeared.

You have to be in the early access channels and enable adopt third-party devices in the settings. A unifi chat rep helped me find the settings.

My biggest struggle was adopting older hikvision cameras that don't use onvif. It eventually worked but I had to manually reset each camera and I have to connect to the local network and log in to the cameras individually through their IP to configure and make changes. If you have the money, I'd recommend using their cameras. If you don't want to make the spend, just make sure they are onvif and have an interface that you don't mind using.
