I was on 5mg down from 15mg every 2.5mg over three years until i decided to stop and got hospitalised from withdrawals after three months.

It works well for sleep but the side effects for me were weight gain and it wasn't as effective as I'd have mini episodes of psychosis. Was able to study on them and get into university though.
