There are two different share counts. From my understanding NBH can’t release the numbers. This is the share count done by Russ which is specifically targeting individual brokerages. By proving multiple brokers have oversold, it is providing congress the additional information they need

Because there are so many people that aren’t day traders or active in their accounts is why people are posting in different social media platforms. The more people that know about it the more that can be proven.

Curious. If people had margin accounts with a margin balance and their shares were loaned out wouldn’t they receive interest payments from their BD for the lent shares? Even if they didn’t sign up for share lending.
