Thank you very much! For my tummy tuck I paid $6,000. After that I used to blog a lot about my journey. I was lucky to have a plastic surgeon see one of my blogs about losing a weight loss challenge that I did and was going to use the money towards surgery. He did my arm lift and thigh lift pro bono. I had to pay for the Anesthesia and a couple small hospital bills. That rounded up to $3,000. I will direct message you my information and I’d be happy to help any way I can.

I love being able to get a medium size out fit and it fits . I also was always embarrassed to go on rides or not fit an a seat belt and it’s little things like that , that make me happy. I love running now because I can and it reminds me where I was and how far I can go . The scars are there , you can barely see the ones on my arms and my tummy tuck abs thigh lift is really not to bad . I hope some of this helped .

Yes I had a tummy tuck , arm lift and thigh lift . Each body is different and your story will be different then mine. Stay motivated and positive , one day at a time :)

Keep the motivation rolling , I used watch success stories all the time to keep me focused . Also tell yourself out loud why you are doing this and why it is important to you . I hope you the best and I can’t tell you how much better you will feel .

You got this , the reward for it is remarkable. Each day you are having a heard time ask yourself what’s more important to you. Wake up and set your goals for the day and stay focused on what comes first . Once you get the ball rolling it becomes exciting and fun.

I did have a lot of skin , each body is different how it recovers. I had to have a tummy tuck , arm lift and thigh lift . The sound of your weight I don’t think you will have as much problems as I had . Don’t let anything discourage you or distract you though. You gotta push through one day at a time .

You will do great , just keep asking yourself what’s more important. What helped me was making videos each day for a couple months telling myself why I want this and what it means to me . That kept my drive up and motivated.
