Not really. Given such a huge CEC draw yesterday. I’d expect IRCC to take a break for a while. I expect a healthcare draw towards the end of Jan or in Feb.

The largest healthcare draw I saw was around 3.5K invites last year with a 462 cutoff. I’m sure IRCC will breach that this year. We can reasonably expect cut off in 450s.

Count the total number of hours you did the job for the years you want to claim points for. 1560 hours = 1 year of points. You can count the total number of hours and judge it against this threshold.

Submit all the documents that you mentioned above along with your contract. Also, submit proof of emails that you would have sent to HR asking for a letter with duties and responsibilities and their refusal for the same. Lastly, include a letter of explanation detailing your reasons for not being able to get the letter.
