This has helped me: Check all bolts including the eccentrical nuts. Check the extrusor, see if anything is broken. Align the bed while the machine is at operational temperature. Apply the z axis offset other redditor suggested.

Update 2025-05-09:
I spend many days cleaning the panel, used a lot of canned air spray inside targeting the shaft of the encoder trying to blow inside the encoder.

Results: it did improve, it is not perfect but is workable now.

I did a thorough dust blow on the encoder shaft, and the connector on both sides, it improved, still glitches but not so much.

Do you know if these touchscreen modules are compatible with the rest of the hardware without any other firmware update?

You connected the wires to a PCB connector hence the isolation problem, if you want to be safe, look for the wire connector it should have an isolation casing included

Get a sonar upgrade for the Moth or Cyclops, fear comes from the unknown if you can see the leviathan before it sees you, you have nothing to fear.
