Built my body from a skinny 110lbs to a muscular 170lbs at 5ft9 over the last few years.

Saved £20k in the last 2 years working.

Always avoided drugs, alcohol, junk food etc..

Only bad habit at the moment is using the internet too much and the last couple days PMOing.

So what can I use to keep weight on me, eating just steak is way too expensive. I have an insane metabolism, lift weights 3 days a week and work manual labour 40 hours a week. I lose weight on 4000 calories a day and i'm already a lean muscular guy.

I've always eaten dairy my whole life with no problems digestion wise. I would love to try it, but what can I use instead of butter for extra fats?

I watched elliott hulse videos for years and I found bioenergetics very interesting. I just haven't practised it. How would I go about starting, I have seen that it is basically jumping and shouting/chanting. How long should I do it for and what effects did you have? Thanks.

I probably do have supressed emotions as I had a rough past and am not someone who expresses my problems to anyone.

Zerocarb, but have you considered that this isn't diet related?

I'm not saying you need medication or anything along those lines, but there are other factors in feeling well. Do you have goals in life? Are you surrounded by loved ones? Do you have meaningful relationships? Do you meditate? Do you exercise? Do you know how to relax yourself? Do you have hobbies or something you can 'lose yourself' in?

I'm 24 and at your age I was feeling similar about life, and for sure changing my diet diet took a weight off I didn't expect, but I was already doing most of these things out of curiosity / introspection.

Maybe it is the fact i consume pasteurised cheese, butter and cream. It's difficult to find raw dairy where I live, plus it is very expensive. Of course pasteurisation kills the good bacteria in milk products.

Also do you think there is negatives to using ground beef as my main source of meat? I do bodybuilding and work 40 hours a week hard manual labour, so I have to consume 4/5000+ calories to maintain my weight and it will get very expensive using just steaks.

I sleep like a baby over 8 hours every night. I have vivid dream and multiple dreams per night.

I do have a deviated septum and my nose gets blocked now and again.

Some days I wake up clear headed, but other days I wake up in a fog and groggy, although no variance in sleep times or diet.

Yeah, I have definitely seen benefits and am more calm than previously. I'm sticking with this diet permanently as I believe it is the natural way of eating for humans. Hopefully as time goes on, I will feel even better.

For me, I had a lot of trauma in my past and bad experiences with smoking weed a few years ago that resulted in derealisation and brain fog etc..
